The Hawk is a black bird that chases Fievel when he's lost in the desert, attempting to pick him up. It successfully picks him up after Fievel hides into the scorpion hole. At the point after the Mousehican tribe climbs up the buttes with weapons and firework balls, the hawk is then under attack and they continue to fire them until it becomes burnt and Fievel falls out of the sky before the Hawk. The Native American Mice carry a fully-cooked bird of this hawk on a plate in a couple of scenes later.
