Harper Finkle is one of the main characters in the Disney Channel Original Series Wizards of Waverly Place. She is Alex Russo's best friend. She is one of the three mortals along with Zeke Beakerman and Theresa Russo around the Russos that know that wizards exist. She previously has an obvious crush on Justin Russo (which was used for comedy on the show) that freaked Justin out. She would get jealous of every girl that he dated/had a crush on. However, she started dating Zeke in Season 3 and 4. She is portrayed by Jennifer Stone.
