Israel Hands is one of the supporting antagonists and the largest member in John Silver's pirate crew in Disney's 2002 animated film Treasure Planet. He is a Densadron pirate who join to find treasure, while also joining was in the crew was at recommendation of Scroop, an Mantavor pirate and an fellow member.
Hands falls to his death along with Dogbreath and Mackriki at the beginning of the mutiny.

During the film production, when it somewhat comes to the pirate crew, Hands is one of the characters to be created by Frank Nissen, Peter de Sêve, Tracy Lee, with Marc Smith being the supervising animator.
Personality[]
According to "A Voyage of Discovery" itself, Hands is a dense, physically and mentally, showing him as so violent and ain't going to mess up, but however also a coward as well whatever it have gone too far or so due to screwing up the plan that his captain, Sliver's furiously over to make sure him and the others follow the signal.
Physical appearance[]
Israel Hands is a tan behemoth-resembling Densadron with a red face, and two pairs of muscular arms with a large hole in each arm as well, as having two gold wristbands on two each of his arms, and wore a pair of dark brownish pants with black belt.

Hands is seen holding four barrels during the packing for the ship along with the other members, who all of them were actually as pirates, describing as "ludicrous parcel of driveling galoots".
He bumps Jim by pushing him outta the way and calls him an twerp, Hands later seen cheering for Scroop along with the others when he attempts to kill the boy, and is only saved when Silver intervenes. Mr. Arrow soon arrives on the scene and scolds Scroop for his behavior.
He soon later meeting up with the others about they almost blowing up the mutiny plan, which makes Silver so furious and he makes him sure that all of them need to stick the plan as a understanding crew.
During the voyage, the ship encounters a supernova. Jim saves Silver from falling just in time. The supernova then devolves into a black hole, where Arrow falls. The burst of shock waves and maximum engine power enable Amelia to pilot the ship to safety. Amelia mourns the loss of Arrow, and suspects Jim of failing to secure the lifelines, while Arrow's line was actually cut by Scroop.
From his well-developed physique, he definitely serves as the muscle of the gang, from lifting most of the ship's cargo to breaking down the door of the artillery room to gather the guns for his fellow crew members during the mutiny.
Hands soon later died along with the other two, Dogbreath and Mackriki, when a misfire from Doppler resulted in falling debris, destroying the floorboards and sending the pursuing pirates falling out of the ship's longboat room from a great height to their apparent deaths.
Trivia[]
- He, Mackriki, and Dogbreath are the first pirates to die, and also both of them ain't fooling but instead runs very quick through the hall to purse Jim from escaping.
- He is also a main character from the original novel Treasure Island, as Israel Hands in the book.
