Handmouth Germ is a unnamed germ and one of Thrax's henchmen, aparted as one of supporting antagonists in Osmosis Jones. He is voiced by Jeff Bennett but didn't spoke in the film.

This criminal is a greenish mouthless germ with black cat-eyed glasses, three black mustachioed, two-fingered, wore in white tuxedo suit with purplish shirt, dark bluish pants, barefooted with two toes. Have a mouth with dark greenish lips attached to his right hand.

Osmosis Jones[]
This handmouthed Germ, along with Fedora-hat wearing Germ was the two new recently members joined in Thrax's hench group at The Zit. The two later headed to the meeting with Thrax and other members to upon the plan as Osmosis Jones, disguised as a Germ, noticed them and followed them to the meeting.
