HIM (sometimes spelled Him) is one of the most powerful adversaries of The Powerpuff Girls, as well as one of their more cruel opponents. He is their other archenemy and Mojo Jojo's best friend. He is voiced by Tom Kane, who also played Magneto in Wolverine and the X-Men.
