Gustav Svensson is a character from the Disney show Star vs. the Forces of Evil. He is a foreign exchange student from the country of Scandinavia (actually, he's from the country of Sweden, in the region of Scandinavia). Star gets jealous of how much attention she gets, so she decides to watch him, and comes to believe that he is a cannibal. He actually turns out to be an American named Charlie Booth, who is pretending to be from different countries around Europe, so he can teach American families how to make European food.
