Grant Walker was a famous wealthy theme-park mogul who wishes to live forever. He breaks Mister Freeze out of prison to help him plans, including to reproduce Freeze's condition on him, in exchange in saving Nora Fries' life, who was saved and cryogenically frozen by Grant and his men.
