Goose Girl Doll is a Belgian girl doll appeared in all versions of Disney boat ride "It's a Small World" that herding geese quack the ride song. She appeared in the Belgium part of the Europe scene, and again in the Finale room at the end of the ride. Her name is Marie.

- Marc Davis have a concept art that Goose Girl Doll was a singer doll and sing with her geese. For an unknown reason, Mary Blair designed her as a dancing doll rather than a singer doll. Despite that, her dress concept designed by Marc Davis was still used in 1964 New York World's Fair, then later used for her in most versions of It's a Small World (except Disneyland Paris).
- In Disneyland Paris version, the doll in Belgium scene have pigtall hairstyle and wear different hook and dress look like Tulip girl doll compared to the Marc Davis concept art used in other versions of this boat ride. However, the doll in finale room wear same hook and dress like other versions.

- In a 2004 advertisement for Disneyland, which revolved around the Hitchhiking Ghosts from Haunted Mansion ride going on attractions throughout the California parks. After joyously going on Matterhorn Bobsleds and the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror, they go on It's a Small World and are horrified by herself and three Holland tulip dolls.
