Cleo's boyfriend before Riff Raff. He proclaims himself to be the "Strongest Cat in the World." He appears in the the Cattlaic Cats segment of "Heathcliff", "High Goon".
While rather big, intimidating, and having a short temper, Goon is a very mellow, stopping by to see Riff Raff to apologize for roughing him up years ago, and even wishing both him and Cleo the best, as they seem to make a great couple to him.
