Goldilocks (ComiColor)

Goldilocks is a character from the ComiColor Cartoons short, "The Three Bears". She was voiced by Sara Berner.

About Goldilocks

Goldilocks is playing a game of hide-and-seek with her dog and she counts before she seeks him. The dog is partly around a tree and seeing the back end of him, she gives a knowing wink to the viewers. She approaches him from behind, follows him around the tree, and chases him around the tree before the dog ends up following her. Each of them then walks backwards and bumps into the other. Goldilocks tells him, "You're it!", and the dog says with disappointment, "Darn!". He takes his turn at counting while she goes off to hide, but it's not long before the dog falls asleep. She tiptoes off, then does that faster, then runs before skidding to a stop when she sees a house, which happens to belong to a family of bears, each of the family members has a mailbox. She decides to go inside. When she enters, she finds there are three of many other things (chairs, cats, cuckoo clocks, etc.). She finds three radios and turns on each one of them. The largest one has a voice singing in the lowest tone, she doesn't like that. The middle one has a voice singing in a tone that's not as low, but she also doesn't like that. The smallest one sings in a higher pitch, she does like that and she turns on the two, other radios, which sing at the same time while she dances along to them. The song that's played is "Three Bind Mice". The lids of the three kettles on the stove pop off to it, the three caged birds tweet along to it, and the three goldfish gurgle along to it. Three mice wearing sunglasses come out of their holes and dance along to it. Goldilocks then finds three bowls of porridge and tries out each of them. The largest bowl has porridge that's so hot, her face turns red and she breathes fire. The medium-sized bowl of porridge is frozen and two bugs skate across it as if it were a frozen pond. The smallest bowl is just the right temperature and she eats it. Feeling sleepy, she silently yawns and heads upstairs to take a nap. In the Bear family's room, she finds the three beds of different sizes. On the largest bed, she bounces a few times before it breaks and collapses, causing her to fall on the hardwood floor. When she gets on the medium-sized bed, it folds backwards into the wall, trapping her before she breaks through it and falls out the bottom. The smallest bed is just perfect and that's where she falls asleep.

After the Bears return home and find their things have been tampered with, they go upstairs to find Goldilocks sleeping in Baby Bear's bed. She wakes up to find them near her. Frightened, she screams and the bears pile on her. But she manages to sneak out from under them to make her escape. After a moment, they notice and follow her. She runs into three tables with flower vases, the tables go flying and the vases fall on the bears' heads. She slides down a bannister and continues fleeing while the bears bounce upside-down on their stairways. She runs into three flipping mirrors and under them while the bears get caught on the mirrors, causing them to flip as well before they fall down and get dizzy for a moment. Goldilocks enters a middle-sized doorway as Mama Bear and Baby Bear follow, but Papa Bear, being too tall for it, runs into the top of it and is knocked by the impact. Goldilocks, Mama Bear, and Baby Bear exit the largest entrance and the former enters the smallest one but she still easily outwits the Bear family. The Bears then bump into one another. They're dazed again and Goldilocks sneaks into a closet while they're distracted. They notice her entering a closet, closing the door behind her. They head in there and there's a ruckus going on in there. When Goldilocks opens the door, it's revealed that Papa Bear misses spanking her, spanking his wife instead and Baby Bear is hung on a hook on the other side of the closet door. Goldilocks gets their attention as she silently laughs at them. Mama Bear looks angrily at Papa Bear, he shrugs sheepishly once he realizes, and she punches him in response. Papa Bear pulls his son off the hook and the family continue their pursuit. Running back outside, Goldilocks finds a cart and pushes it towards the Bears, causing them to fall into it as the cart rolls down a hill. The Bears then fall into their footie pajamas hung on a rotating clothes line and as it spins, it flies high in the air before each of the footie pajamas for each of the Bears is used as a parachute for each of them to land safely. When they get back on the ground, Papa Bear motions to his wife and son to keep going after Goldilocks. They get ahead of Papa Bear, who runs into a tree and is stunned as he stumbles. Goldilocks runs back to the same tree where she was near earlier. The dog is still sleeping when Goldilocks runs into a large hollow in the tree to hide from the bears. The dog wakes up and finishes counting before he seeks her, not noticing the Bears running into the hollow as well. The dog enters the hollow, but the Bear family, Goldilocks, and her dog exit the hollow, and run away. It's revealed this is because of the odor of a family of three skunks who were in the hollow, they exit it and shake their fists at them threateningly.

Physical Appearance

Goldilocks is a slender girl with fair skin. She has blue eyes and although her name is Goldilocks, this Goldilocks's hair is light orange with her locks worn in a white hair band. However, her hair is blond on a promo poster and her clothes are red, and white as depicted there. In the short, she wears a tam o' shanter hat that's capri blue as well as a minidress with matching socks. The fuzzball on her hat is white with matching belt or waistband with a bow-shaped buckle, the hemline of her wavy skirt, and flats or Mary Janes.

Goldilocks is bratty, fun-loving, jovial, playful, curious, and clever.
