Gasper is a reference to Jasper James Johnson which was the instigator of the second siege of Kurdistan led by Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi who was the leader of the Islamic State of Iraq. Gasper is seen as a criminal figure but some fans see him as a hero as his intentions to liberate and create the New Persia.
