Gar Saxon is a supporting character in the 2014 comic miniseries Darth Maul: Son of Dathomir, the main antagonist of both the Star Wars Rebels episodes "Imperial Super Commandos" and "Legacy of Mandalore", and the secondary antagonist of the Siege of Mandalore arc of Season 7 of Star Wars: The Clone Wars.
He was a human male Mandalorian who lived during the final years of the Galactic Republic, originally a member of the Shadow Collective serving as a Mandalorian Super Commando during the Clone Wars, following the end of the war, he joined the newly formed Galactic Empire and became the Imperial Viceroy of Mandalore. He is the archenemy of Sabine Wren.
