Frost I.C. Cone is Lalaloopsy Land's iciest resident! She's super sweet and colorful. She loves to make frozen treats for her friends on hot summer days, only they always melt before she can share them! Her name is based off of her frosty nature, as well as her enthusiasm for icy snow cones!

Frost is a fair skinned girl with basic black button eyes and pale pink cheeks. She has three glittery, translucent purple "snow cone" scoops for hair, with a straw and pink bow in front and a lighter pink party hat cocked to the side.
Frost wears a puce dress that fades into blue with a glittery lace covering. On her feet she wears shimmery pink ballet slippers fastened on with puce ribbons.
