Frank is one of the Killer Klowns who appeared in the film. He has yellow afro hair with a bald spot, and wears a pink and reddish-pink frill and a blue klown suit with reddish-pink strips and carries an orange bat with blue crescents. He appeared in the movie with the other klowns with bats trying to whack Mike, Debbie, and Officer Dave Hansen until the Terenzi Brothers arrived and he leaves with the other klowns when Jojo was about to kill, until he died when the Big Top exploded.
