Florida "Flora" Larsen is a recurring character from the animated television series Red And Friends. She is the 4-year-old sister of Millie Larsen and Sarah Larsen and the younger daughter of Bradley Larsen and Jenny Larsen.
She is based on her voice actress Meg Splavec. Flora was born after the events of the short film, A Central Park Christmas created by Splavec in 1992.
She lives in South Park with her father Bradley, her mother Jenny, and her sisters Millie and Sarah. Flora follows and acts like her sister Millie. Flora is a smart and foul-mouthed toddler who has a large vocabulary and a very active imagination. She is also a terrible liar. However, she is childish at times but still thinks that she knows everything and will argue or fight about things even though she doesn't know what they are all about. She is a 4-year old girl which makes her the youngest sister.
Flora likes to play outside with her siblings and friends. She also plays dress up and often pretends to be the princesses from her fairy tales. In A Thanksgiving Story, it was revealed that she loves to sing and dance in front of people. Flora is shown to be a nice, kind, cute, kind-hearted, hardworking, good-natured, curious, sweet, innocent, cheerful, mischievous, friendly, cheerful, caring, brave, eager, talented, sensitive, lively, charming, clever, affectionate, loving, energetic, warm, funny, fun, rebellious, playful little girl. She is shown to be bullied by other kids because of her big eyes and how much she talks.
She is shown to have a calm and quiet voice. Most of the time when she speaks, it sounds as if she has a cold. She is always seen wearing a pink shirt, purple pants, and purple pigtails, and black shoes. Flora, along with her sisters, are abused by her parents, particularly her mother.
She is a very talented and artistic child. She drew several pictures of herself being pregnant while singing and dancing before her parents got home. Flora is shown to swear like an adult, referring to her daddy as a "pussy", and calling her mommy "b*tch." This is most likely due to her parents being abusive towards them both.
She is known for getting into trouble a lot, in the episode "Bloody Mary", Flora took her mother's cheesecake without asking. When confronted about it, she replied that she had asked, but her mother didn't listen. When she said this, her mother slapped her across the face and told her never to speak back again. Flora started crying and ran away. Later on, she was caught by her father, who punished her for not telling him where she had gotten the cheesecake. After he punished her, she was so ashamed that she hid under the bed and cried. She hates her mother and father because they abuse her and her sisters. Flora loves to show off her body to anyone, especially boys. Her favorite thing to do is to flash people and make them uncomfortable. She would only ever wear dresses and skirts, as she doesn't want to feel naked, even when she's alone. Flora loves her sister Millie, but is jealous of her talent and ability to draw. The reason why she is jealous of Millie is because she is too good at drawing than her. So many times she tries to draw something, but fails and gets frustrated. In the episode, " W.T.F", She sang a song about her life which consisted of her trying to draw and failing, until she finally succeeded. At the end of the episode, Flora got excited and began to dance. Flora calls her mom a b*tch. She does this because her mother hits her and her sisters when they are in trouble. She enjoys doing naughty stuff and is quite disobedient.
Her father beats her and her sisters. He is usually very angry at his daughters and is always getting mad at them for no reason. Flora is shown to be a badass girl who can take care of herself. Flora swears at her family and her dad spanks her for swearing. The other kids call her a punk rocker and a rebel, but she just shrugs it off.
Flora is a pretty talented singer and dancer, having a good sense of rhythm. She is shown to love music. Flora is shown to be racist, when her sister Millie asked her why she was making fun of some black boys, Flora responded by saying that she hates black people. She called a African-American boy named Jeremy the N-Word, Jeremy beats Flora up and Flora runs away crying. Flora is aggressive and violent sometimes. She likes to fight, and she likes to tease and torment people. Whenever someone asks her a question, she answers it with another question. She is shown to be clumsy, but also a bit of a daredevil.
