Skaggs was played by Fred Williamson in Children of the Corn V.He is a Sheriff of a ghost town near the death cult lead by Ezekiel. He warns the´young adults to get away for their own protection. He wants to get rid of the cult, but can only act through Allison. He is killed by the cult.
