The Vojagi King, also known as Diaper King is the main antagonist in the South Korean 2006 film Aachi & Ssipak. He is the king and leader of the Diaper Gang.
He is voiced by late South Korean singer Shin Hae Chul.

Development[]
During the film production, the character was inspiration from the director Jo Beom-jin, who painted high-heeled shoes with high hair, and image of Shi Hae Chul as the demon, showing good strategist.
Personality[]
He is shown to be cruel, sadistic and arrogant leader, with no any of emotion, but showing savage when he shoots and kills his men whenever he doesn't do what he wants.

He is a greenish-blue, muscular mutant, wears a mask with long red hair and other features with white hood, dark eyes with yellow pupils, wears a dark colored cape, and high-heeled shoes.

History[]
The Diaper King was once a human when the world run out of all forms of energy, people startled built the new city by making the new energy with their excrements. Soon after the city's leaders announcing two legislations to generate and control the new energy, including installs an ID chip in each citizen's anus to monitor the defecation level, providing of defecates to citizens in return with one addictive juicybar. Until soon later, defecation amounts have skyrocketed, city becomes full of addicts due to juicybar's strong addiction. An illegal trade of juicybars becomes prevalent and its side effects has created mutants, the Diaper King was one of the people that turn into one. The mutants soon later organized a gang to plunder juicybars, later known as the Diaper Gang.
Sometime after, they were fleshed out, abandoned and banished from the city where now living inside of church in the desert, becoming the forgotten orphans.

"We are the forgotten orphans. We once dedicated our crap and youth to this city. But what did our leaders do for us? Did they appreciate us for our crap? Never! We became addicted juicybars, so we can never shit or even reproduce because our dicks have shrunk like peanuts. Then they ran us out of this like garbage! Why? Because we've evolved into mutants, liberating ourselves from having to shit all the time!"

He first appears as talking to the story to his diapers about how forgotten they were, the past lives, and becoming mutants. Right at the end of his speech, saying they evolved into mutants, liberating themselves from having to shit all the time with giving the Diaper Gang cheers as the white birds flies up, one of the birds poop on his head and makes the king to shoot the birds, so too as the diapers, shooting all the birds. When the all birds are killed, he swipes both of his arms to cease the bullets, now telling them they are now shitcreeks, giving the statement that juicybars are the only source of food they can eat, which they didn't have any for a month. Told them why is it, because of Geko, a special cop from the police. When the diapers didn't reply, the king told them because a bunch of them can't even take one cop, which he pulls out his pistol to shoot off the nine diapers that are the only knows, which only kills six of them and orders the remaining four, giving them the last choice to redeem themselves, wants them to tell him where they can find the juicybars for their hungry, the first diaper speaks about he was at the kindergarten defecation class, which he tells back to where he was before and replies the same place but wrong, Diaper King shoots him, decapitating his head and turns to the second diaper, speaking that he was at juicybar factory or market, but also wrong and shoots him, also decapitating his head and later shoots the others with been wrong answers. Which he tells them they don't deserve to be gangsters, knowing what they are called, which the diapers in the audience tells him they are hoodlums, which he giggles but shoots him and the other also said the same thing, also shoots him before a tear-up diaper gives the real answer that a lot of hoodlums were dealing juicybars in Section 4 (an failed hijacking mission that they were killed by Geko in the beginning), which the Diaper King soon thinks about hoodlums they say.
The Diaper King is seen in the sewer with Diaper Gang as to seek in to the prison until blood drops to his face and looks at it, with him saying what the hell is this, which one of the Diaper Gang replies it that it is Pigeon poop but the question discusses him by shooting a diaper, after that, he asks one of his minions as if this is the right way, which one of the diapers reveal it yes and they are going the right way to the prison where the other hoodlums is at, showing how the world is corrupted by this and there been a lot of hideouts.
The Diaper Gang soon made it inside and attack the hoodlums, stealing their juicybars with gas balls and beaten them up until the Diaper King arrives in and orders them as it's all done, and pack everything up until Jimmy went insane who first sees them as aliens, shooting at them and the abuse fails, as the Diaper King stoods up among his Diapers, glaring at Jimmy, taken him to the high building where he'll give a slow and painful death, Jimmy in hands want him to spare him and he don't know why but he did, however he will compensate him with juicybars, which it confuses him at first and asks him if he have any trade of juicybars, with Jimmy reply it he didn't have any now but his movie will becomes a big hit which also confuses him and Jimmy said yes, he then starts to talking about his movie of where the female heroine take a dump, juicybars gushing out, and asking him doesn't it sound like a hit which the Diaper King is now confused about the movie of juicybars gushing out with one dump, even shouting of how is that possible. Jimmy slowly talking about, it's only in a fictional world which Diaper King pulls out his gun and calls it bullshit, aiming at Jimmy's face. Diaper King asks him to tell him how, or else he'll die in the real world, which Jimmy meaning that his movie is about a holy sacrifice but Diaper King kept aims at him to make him more talking, he actually means the order to enlight her and God dips out this corrupted chip from her anus, and then sticks it back, so whatever she takes a shit and tons of juicybars gush out, which Jimmy give a fact that his character has a magical anus. The Diaper King soon thinks about digging it out and stick it in, realizing everybody including mutants, all has ID chips in their anus whatever they were born and take a shit, having a juicybars. With this, the Diaper King brutally dips out all of his 24 Diapers as they squeal in pain, which it is completed and laughs as he never thinks about this before, since Jimmy gives him the great idea, he soon decides to put ID chips to Jimmy's anus, but Jimmy actually didn't shit very well, as Diaper King saying nobody will be better than him, which Jimmy stating that he is extremely constipated and even has hemorrhoids but the Diaper King don't care, Jimmy in panic as the Diaper Gang about to hold him and slapped him for the Diaper King about to stick it in, until his butt smells horrible awful, with Diaper King stating gross and orders his diapers to drop him as throwing him off the building which Jimmy asks him panicky, saying that he has an audition for a girl who's good at shitting, begging them to not kill him, if they don't kill them, Jimmy asks them that he'll stick one of the ID chips to the girl's anus who can shit several times a day, which the Diaper King and his diapers soon decides to spare him, as his anus helper to get the girl by making an audition for him.
Diaper King appears with Jimmy, and total of eight diapers with him, as they get the girl, Beautiful for the anus and the ID chip to put in, the Diaper King sees her butt as it's too loose, talking him that if she can take a good crap. Which Jimmy revealing it yes and slaps it, and then finally decide to stick it in by using an dick iron trophy and Beautiful screams as she wakes up, until Ssipak comes in and first thought Jimmy put his penis into her and finds shocking, while Aachi peeks and sees it, causing all of them in the room and the outside to slowly panic until Aachi screams run, with the two runs off and Beautiful takes two of his diapers and kick Jimmy, pushing the Diaper King, and escaped, with the Diaper Gang tries to recapture her and until she jumps off and lands on Ssipak's motorcycle and Aachi's bike ran over the diapers, killing them and all three fleed, with the Diaper King now angry of their escape.
Diaper King, Jimmy and total of about 50 diapers find their place at night, with only the Diaper King and Jimmy remain outside as Jimmy tells the king about forgiving him about asking this, since he help him and the diaper gang to find their place, as he tells him if he mind go home but denied as Diaper King slams his gun to Jimmy as told him to shut up.
The Diapers soon finds Aachi, Ssipak, and Beautiful at the trash area to hide after they escape, until the two police officers (0497) who arrives which only sees nothing strange until they spot the Diaper Gang, which causes to throw fire and shoots to explosive the police officers, which two of them killed and the Diaper King shouts to cease their fire, and orders his minions to find Beautiful but only left to find her was cover of smoke, until the three pops out in their motorcycles, jumping in front of the King and the mutants, which only escapes and King tries to shoot one of them until they already got away, with his minions only standing there until shouting at them for waiting and loud at them to go get them, with the Diaper Gang chases the three. With Diaper King looks at Jimmy, which later kills him and left by putting a small gun to his ass which later discovered by the police a day later.
He appeared again at the large stone stairs which he and his diapers surrounds Aachi, Ssipak and Beautiful until he shouts to get them, with this, his minions soon charges at them until Geko appears, as killing all the diapers, with handcuffing Beautiful to the motorcycle, and watches as his minions getting killed, with launching rockets and throwing bombs at him until the final round where two of diapers try to move the motorcycle and only get killed, but the motorcycle quickly rolls down to the stairs as Beautiful screams. The Diaper King soon charges at Geko, trying to take him down but misses until getting closer, with only get shot on his left side of his chest, wounding the king as Geko stops the motorcycle, and with king still wounded is able to shoot Geko but until Geko shoots his arm off, only now defeated and he gets kicked on the face, getting his face removed and only reveals...A diaper gang, saying he's fake and Geko's lose. The REAL Diaper King shoots Geko to the eye with a sniper, ending the mutant-killing cop as he laughs in victory.
After Geko's death, the Diaper King and his minions now invading to the city as all the news spread all over the world with the Diaper Gang now in the city and attacking to rule as the simulations around the citizens become terrible in fear, with at the one last new been lived and recorded to the city, the Diaper King makes a announcement, stating himself and his minions were forgotten, and they'll rule the Shit city, and at tomorrow, they'll be the remembered orphans as the Diaper Gang shouts in victory.
The Diaper King later at the windy grassland area with his two minions as guarding, who is waiting the arrival of the man who wants to talk with him, the police captain, who turns out to be a spy and secretary relationships. With their meeting, the king asks him if he brings him a scientist who'll creating Geko then he'll dispose the chief, and captain wants the number two position from the Diaper Gang. Then he states it's his now, but however if the captain betrays him or do something stupid then the Captain will suffer a pain then death, and Captain tells him if he didn't kill the chief, then she'll kill him first and he'll never betrays him, by right now, with this accept, the Captain will ready for him tonight to meet Dr. Stranger by letting him and his diapers sneak in.
Diaper King, Captain and the Diaper Gang now arrives at Dr. Stranger's lab as he's about done Geko, with this request he'll make, he asks the doctor as right now, he'll work for him and his Diaper Gang minions, which Dr. Stranger accepts it as the doctor surprises that Diaper King and his minions are looking at him, which he'll only go any places that has fresh corpses and it's gonna be a new trill. Which the king orders two of his minions to escort him out and the Captain tells him when he'll dispose the chief which later kills him as saying no betrayers like him were deserves to be in his gang. Which later the Diaper King made a record audio for the Chief that she raises the good assistant and the Diaper King tells her from the recording, if she got the guts and come to the desert, soon after the Diaper Gang now has Dr. Stranger, and their capture Beautiful in their hands, they soon decide to create their army of super-mutating cyborgs and rebuild their base, from painting, adding small tree props, and later celebrate their victory with fireworks launching.
Seen at the top church, watching in arms crossed along having five minions as the army lead by the Police Chief in her world war outfit to attack. Only waited for them only to battle and attack their latest weapons, as later the battle lasted for a hour by Geko destroying and blowing up the whole area. When it is over, seen in the distance from Geko's vision, he leaves out with his minions to the inside afterwards, while the same time Aachi and Ssipak managed to find their hideout from the long walking distance, while Geko goes on the chase after the king.
Running along with 5 of his minions held captive Beautiful as they runs through to the elevator, with only to know Geko is after to him while Aachi and Ssipak runs also but only get pushed and fell off. Meanwhile
Geko launches to the cart and grabs Diaper King, beating him up as he let go Beautiful's heel which his minion quickly grabs two heels. Getting beat up from head slamming to his face, he put out his gun and shoots Geko few times that falls back, looking down to see him falling with only still there and repeats to beat him up again, mauling and almost fatally bruising his face over and over again until stopped by Staker who launches at him and thrown off to the cliff, Diaper King falls down and collapsed to the floor unconscious as he later pisses himself.
