Chuck Charleston is the minor character from the animated series, Mummy Nanny. He is the TV star of the win a day at your house contest with the Elsewhere family sponsored by Chocopoufs. He sprayed Mr macho to grow chest hair, which attracts flies, shaves it in the bathroom. In the end he gets arrested for yearning a police man's notebook to not ever sign autographs.
