Mr. Tinkles is the main antagonist in the 2001 film Cats & Dogs. He returns in Cats & Dogs: The Revenge of Kitty Galore, but Kitty Galore had taken his place as the main antagonist. Instead, Mr. Tinkles acts as a secondary antagonist.
He was voiced by Sean Hayes.
