Zac is Leah's neighbor and one of the main characters in Shimmer and Shine. He is kind-hearted and a lot of love. He has a pet dog named Rocket, who is a bloodhound. He is voiced by Blake Bertrand. He is best friends with his good friend Leah. He later appeared in Season 2 as a genie peddler.
