Clippo is the Clown Puppet was is among the most popular of the children’s toy clown puppets made by EFFANBEE in 1937. He was made only 2 years! He is still tied in with the original string. He comes with his instruction booklet, which is in mint condition as well. The book is dated 1937. Clippo is clean and the composition head, hands, and feet are all mint. The costume is clean and bright with no stains or tears.
