Trivia

• The last time he was given ground rules was when he was around ten rings old.
• His voice actor Matthew Rys also plays Emperor Belos aka Philip (The Ow House) and like Figgy both characters have an addiction to a certain product in their respective shows. Figgy with alcohol and Phillip with palismens.
• Figgy’s “Bojack Horseman” counterparts are: Judah and Guy. And of course Bojack Horseman himself (the alcoholism side only).
• Figgy is the first love partner of Tuca that has entered into her apartment. The second is Bunny.
• Figgy’s fashion seems to be woodsmen inspiration.
• In S3 e2, Figgy already shown to be an alcoholic before he told Tuca. For example: when he went to Tuca’s apartment and there Speckle hung up a sheet, impersonating Tuca. For some reason Figgy didn’t recognize “her” voice along with Bertie whom also impersonated Tuca by texting to him with Tuca’s phone.
  • In Ep10, after a whole month without drinking. Figgy hears the little nick name "barky boy" from Speckle and suddenly Figgy puts the pieces together and realising it was Speckle who imprsonated Tuca and now fears Speckle.
• Figgy is the opposite of Kara when it comes to their respective relationships with Tuca.
• Figgy’s fig fruit will blush whenever Tuca starts flirting him.
• Like Tuca, Figgy has dated multiple times but he mostly dated plant people.
• It appears that Figgy has powers such as: strength able to drink through his roots and tree branch manipulation.
• Figgy takes a liking towards Bertie and Speckle unlike Kara.
• Due to what happened in Ep10 with Speckle. This would be one of the many things that will make Figgy stop drinkng.
• In the S3 promotion poster, Figgy’s leaves and tree branches can be seen.
• Figgy’s license plate that reads “Root 66.”
• Figgy is the first partner to give Tuca a pet name.
• Figgy is the first partner of Tuca who loves and accepts her for whom she is.
