Fancy-Fancy also appears to be a common henchman to Top Cat. He is laid-back, sweet-talking and is regularly seen chatting up the ladies before leaving them when hearing the 'dustbin lid call'. His look and voice is based on Cary Grant. He is voiced by John Stephenson.
Appearance
Fancy-Fancy resembles Spook in appearance, but he is a slender light brown cat with a brief potbelly (after all, he is called "Panza" in the Latin American Spanish versions), black eyes, a peach muzzle, a long, black-tipped tail, pointy ears with invisible eardrums, a black nose, and 4 whiskers - 2 on each side. He wears a white scarf, and he is topless, bottomless, and barefoot.
