Fairy Queen is a character from Atkinson-Film-Arts' The Velveteen Rabbit. She was voiced by Charity Brown.
About Fairy Queen[]
The Fairy Queen appears from a tear that falls out of the Velveteen Rabbit's eye, as he's saddened by his fate of being burned with several, other toys. From the tear on the ground is what grows and blossoms into a tall flower, and becomes the Fairy Queen. The Fairy Queen says that the Velveteen Rabbit's tear is real and that tears come from real feelings. But she encourages him not to give up hope before she magically has the toy rabbit and herself teleported to the forest.
When they arrive there, one real rabbit says to another that that's the fake rabbit they found earlier. The Fairy Queen tells the real rabbits that the Velveteen Rabbit will live with them from now on, to be gentle and kind to him, and to teach him everything they know. With the waves of her wand, a stream of sparkling blue stars shoot out of the top of it and make contact with parts of the Velveteen Rabbit's body, as he gradually comes to life and is turned into a real rabbit. While doing this, she sings "Being Real (Fairy's Song)". When she finishes, the second, real rabbit from earlier asks the first, real rabbit if he's sure that's a real rabbit or not. The Velveteen Rabbit happily finds that now he has feet and can move on his own. The Fairy Queen tells him that he was only real to his owner, a little boy, and now he'll be real to the world before she magically vanishes into a flying stream.
Physical Appearance[]
The Fairy Queen is a svelte fairy with pale blue skin; long, sapphire blue hair and dark, blue eyes. Her wings, shaped like a butterfly's wings, are also pale blue. She wears a maya blue headband with a gold star; true blue, sleeveless shirt; a knee-length, maya blue, pinafore, flare dress with a V-neck, ruffled short sleeves with true blue outlines and matching hem, and a maya blue waistband; and true blue flats. She carries a true blue wand with a gold star on top.

The Fairy Queen is benevolent, gentle, sympathetic, and sweet.
