Emiko Adachi, formally as Green Arrow and presumingly as Red Archer, is half sister to Oliver Queen and Thea Queen, and former antagonist of Arrow. She like many people closet to Oliver that have previously died, she was resurrected when Oliver rebooted the universe. She is welcomed to the Queen Family by Thea and Moira Queen.
