Elliot is a young anthropomorphic male gray racoon with darker gray around his eyes and darker gray stripes on his tail. He wears a turquoise, or greenish-blue sweater or long-sleeve shirt with long white sleeves, darker blue or bluish-gray pants and red and white shoes.

In the episode "Alien Screwballs" (Les Extra-Terrestres) he played as a soccer goalie for the Grunt Brothers and their father, but later joined Mini Wolf's team.
