Duke Nukem is an eco-villain in Captain Planet and the Planeteers.
Powers and abilities[]
- Radiation embodiment: as a radioactive mutant, Duke Nukem possesses the power of radiation.
- Generation: he can emit it from his hands.
- Manipulation: he can control it, especially through the Ring of Super Radiation, which was destroyed after Captain Pollution's defeat.
- Absorption: He can also absorb radiation into his body.
After an experiment performed by Dr. Blight, he gained electricity-based abilities.
- Electricity generation: he could emit electric energy instead of radiation.
- Electricity absorption: he could also absorb electricity just as well.

- He was the first villain to be a given a ring which is ironic considering how he already had powers of his own.
