Drixenol Koldreliff (simply as: Drix) is a a red and yellow, boxy, and robotic cold pill who becomes Ozzy's best friend and Maria's love interest. He is the deuteragonist of the 2001 live-action/animated film Osmosis Jones. He is voiced by David Hyde Pierce in the original film, and by Jeff Bennett in the TV animated series Ozzy & Drix.

Drix is a red and yellow cold pill with a robotic body. His chest is red with a yellow plus sign in the center surrounded in a yellow circle which opens up, revealing all kinds of medical bullets used for his cannon. He has yellow arms and while his hands are red, his left hand is converted into a cannon, which Drix uses to put out inflammation, dry snout, shoot medical bullets or grenades that he keeps in his chest, etc. His face is the shape of a pill where the upper part of his face his red and the lower part where his mouth is located is yellow. Drix has white eyes with black pupils and a small mouth. In addition, Drix does not have any legs where he instead moves through effervescent propulsion ejected from his feet, similar to how rockets are ejected.

  • Drix, Auntie Histamine, Penicillin G, and Drixine are the only medications to be featured in Ozzy & Drix
  • David Hyde Pierce was hired for the role of Drix because he was "the whitest white man" they could find.
  • Drix had to be shown how to dance by Ozzy.
  • Drix is similar to Buzz Lightyear from the Toy Story franchise.
  • Drix's medical flavor is cherry which according to some characters, smells nasty. It is possible that the cherry scent that is used to reveal Drix's presence is an artificial or natural as medications have different flavors in order to be more palatable.
