He is an eccentric, brilliant, sarcastic and sadistic cat who has a German accent and is good at Toys and abuses Nelly by telling her what is her friends' plan.

He looks like Tom, but very pale green fur, one yellow eye on the left and one white eye on the right and has a scar on the left side of his side next to the yellow left eye. He wears a black scientist coat and a monocle on his white right eye.
