Dr. Gelee

Dr. Gelee is a minor villain from the animated series Totally Spies!. He used to be the world's most famous expert on global warming until he took time off and was not heard from until he tried to freeze the entire Earth and Clover, Alex and Sam foiled his plans. He was voiced by Simon Templeman, who also voiced Doctor Doom.
