Dr. Frankenwagon otherwise known as Pete Frankenwagon is a scientist, responsible for making a monster mistaken to have his name. He is painted white and resembles a Smart Fortwo with monster truck wheels, also wearing a scientist's cap. He seems to be based on Victor Frankenstein.
