Dippy is a character who appears in We Baby Bears. Dippy is a small bear, who most closely resembles Ice Bear. However, her fur is a more vibrant shade of white, her eyes a more cyan-blue and her tail is closer to that of a dog than a that of a bear. She also had a glowing, neon-blue star on her chest. She first appears in the fallen star special.
