Delacion (デラシオン Derashion) is a being who served as the main antagonist of Ultraman Cosmos vs. Ultraman Justice: The Final Battle. A female entity who serves as a cosmic judge, Delacion has prophesied the emergence of many threats to the universe's stability. However, when she deduced that humans would become the next threat to interstellar peace, she was put at odds with Cosmos, and sent her agents, the Glokers and Ultraman Justice, to attack Earth to eliminate humans as a threat.
