Cotton Hoppalong is simply the bounciest and most hop-tastic resident of Lalaloopsy Land! She's a bundle of energy who's always bouncing around hatching crazy ideas. She also loves candy...but she doesn't like to share! Her name is based off of a rabbit's small tail which resembles cotton, as well as her knack for just hopping on her merry way wherever she goes!
