Chronos is one of Tobey's robots that was built near the end of summer vacation. He first
appears in Bummertime and returns in The Rise of Miss Power. The robot looks like a gold alarm clock with limbs. It was meant to stop time so summer could be prolonged. However, Chronos minsunderstood its directive and "stopped" time by destroying all kinds of clocks in the city.
