Cecile is a minor character in Sesame Street and the titular protagonist of the Sesame Street spin-off called Sesame Street: Cecile. She is an energetic and fun clayball who gets to spend time with friends. However, her singing voice can tend to annoy viewers, but that's still okay. Cecile also appears in some Sesame Street productions, such as The Street We Live On, Sesame Sings Karaoke and Imagine That. The songs she sings are kinda catchy. She also has a theme song which is jazzy and sung by a male person instead of an adult, and Cecile says "WHOO!" after the song when she splashes into the water. And an announcer says "Ladies and Gentlemen, Cecile!" and a cymbal crashes lightly before the song begins.
