Butch is the eldest son of Eddie and Lucille and lives with them at their home in Champion City along with his little brother, Roland and his sister, Tracy. He joins a little league baseball team and his father buys him an umpire's vest, but constantly borrows it to fight crime. He is watching the news and looks on proudly as his father's team make their televised debut after having saved Champion City from the villainous Casanova Frankenstein.
