Bumpus Wobbleworks is a character from the Weebleville (2004) generation. He appears as a sheepdog, works as the town's mailman, and has a habit of inventing contraptions (that rarely work).
In "Welcome to Weebleville", his aunt Wilma sent him a "surprise birthday party in a box".
