Brenda is head of a flock of pigeons to free the Pigeon Cartel who first appeared in "Pigeons". She has only appeared once in the show, though she does make a cameo appearance in "We Bare Bears: The Movie" alongside Charlie and the Wildlife witnessing Panda and Ice Bear rescuing Grizzly and the other captive bears from a wildfire. She tricked Grizzly by freeing the Pigeon Cartel on the roof of the State Prison and noticed that she was one of them. She was later captured and being sentenced to jail in her entire life span.
