Bozeden Jeems was a human Imperial Security Bureau officer who served as Inspector General and oversaw the protection of the data vault in the Imperial Center of Military Research on the planet Scarif. His role made him aware of many of the Galactic Empire's secrets.
Jeems's ambitions of becoming Deputy Director were dashed in 0 BBY when a group of rebels managed to steal the plans to the Death Star superweapon from the vault, after which the entire facility was destroyed by the Death Star's superlaser.
