Bouleh is the main antagonist of the 2015 animated feature film, The Tale of an Elephant. He is the evil leader of the Bouleh Army.
Bouleh is one of the most ruthless and merciless villains ever seen in the 20th Century Fox Animation universe. He is above using animals for war, especially carnivorous ones. He is even remorseless when he holds Aabha hostage so he could kill Jabooro for rejecting him.
Bouleh is a 50-year-old, 6'10, 300 lb, well-built man matching his intimidating and dangerous personality. He wears a prosthetic hand from when his original was bit off by a dinosaur attack and has a grey hair on his brown hair and beard. His attire consists of a shirt, a thick armour and gloves made from rhino skin and a huge black cape made from alligator skin.
Bouleh's early life was shrouded living in the United Kingdom, but Bouleh himself revealed that he once lived with a fear of animals as a little boy, and had supposedly lost his family and his left hand to them. Bouleh grew up learning how to control animals by abusing them with brute force and using them for war.
Years before the events of the movie, Bouleh left Buckingham Palace to war, using the war animals such as the rhino, kangaroo, bear, buffalo and walrus, that he made it through, he was then banished to exile in Iraq for years for animal cruelty.
