Blooter is a blue anthropomorphic dog, who loves to ride on his scooter through Poppets Town. He is the leader of the Poppets and Patty & Bobby's best friend.

Appearance[]
Blooter is a blue dog who wears no clothes. He has long ears and a short tail. He also has a red nose and black eyes. He wears a yellow helmet when riding his scooter. He also wears a red collar on his neck and carries a yellow backpack on his back. And he also has dark blue spots on his body.
Blooter first appeared in the first episode of the show.
Blooter accidentally banged his thumb when he tried to hammer the nails in.
Personality[]
Blooter is a great friend to everyone in Poppets Town. He is always the first to come up with ideas. Blooter is also shown to be a wonderful scooter rider, as shown in "Clubhouse Power", he can pull off some really cool tricks.
In "Blooter Gets a Boo-Boo", he is shown to be a little careless, as he accidentally banged his thumb when he tried to hammer the nails in. However, Blooter is smart, friendly, fun, and will always think of ways to solve problems, and he's always ready to do, do, do and go, go, go!

- Blooter enjoys riding on his scooter. But on some occasions, such as rainy days, he sometimes rides with Bobby in his clubhouse. This was shown in "Rainy Day Blues".
- He's also shown to be a wonderful scooter rider as shown in "Clubhouse Power", as he can do some really cool tricks.
- In "Super Blooter", it is revealed that Blooter wants to be a super-hero, but he doesn't know what his super-power is, but his sense of smell is his super-power at all.
- He told Cocori how to bake a cake in "Too Many Cooks", as well as Cocori gave the instructions to Blooter so he can remember it.
- He's also bad at playing hide-and-seek with a blindfold in "Find the Naka-Nakas".
- In "Eye Spy", Blooter is revealed to have a Spy codename "Poppet-Scoot".
- He lost his very important package for Patty, while he was doing his deliveries with a loose backpack in "Backpack Backtrack".
- He's try to hide a secret from Cozy while he was making a song for him in "A Cozy Song".
- Blooter got scared at Mount Poppet along with Bobby and the Naka-Nakas as they are scared over "Mickey Moo Monster", but it turned out it was just their echo. This happened in the episode "The Mystery of Mount Poppet".
- Blooter got a new kite, but he can't control it, and it takes off in the wind. This was shown in "Kite Flight".
- He loves playing in the rain in Sunshine Island, along with Bobby in "Under the Rainbow".
- In "Mistaken Mistake", Blooter promise to take good care with Captain Cap's large chest for his old seal friend Slinky Pete, but it was made by mistake with Patty's Patter-Patter while it fell into the water by accident.
- He learns not to chase bees, along with Bobby in "See the Bee" when he heard Cozy not to chase it.
- In "The Dusty Gusts", it's revealed that Blooter can't drink milk, as it upsets his stomach.
- He's revealed to love his rubber ducky before it got a hole when it was sitting in the bath too long in "Quack Quest".
