Bebop and Rocksteady are two fictional mutant punks, and former Humans. They appear at Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Bebop is a bipedal humanoid talking warthog, while Rocksteady is a bipedal humanoid talking rhinoceros.

Fred Wolf Cartoon and Archie Comics
In the Fred Wolf Cartoon Bebop and Rocksteady are two street punks, mutated by Shredder. As the early Archie Comics issues adapt episodes, their Archie apperances are the same.
Nickelodeon Cartoon
In the Nickelodeon Cartoon, Bebop is a high tech thief named Anton Zek while Rocksteady is a Russian arms dealer named Ivan Steranko, and has fought as a volunteer in the wars in Iraq, Yugoslavia and DR Congo. They later end up mutated.
Platinum Dunes Films
Bebop and Rocksteady also appear in Out of the Shadows from 2016.
