Bebop and Rocksteady's Gang are four other members of the duos' gang. Like Rocksteady and Bebop, they are minions of the Shredder and got mutated too. Their names are Scrag, Grunt, Dopey, & Dumbo. They are enemies of the Ninja Turtles. As mutants Scrag became a mutant bat, Grunt became a mutant lizard, Dopey became a mutant shrew, and Dumbo became a mutant dog.
