Lord Baylan Skoll is a character from Ahsoka TV series. He used to be the Jedi General of the Jedi Order until he broke with the Jedi and became a mercenary after the Great Jedi Purge. During the New Republic era, he and his apprentice, Shin Hati, aided Morgan Elsbeth in her quest to find Grand Admiral Thrawn.
