Fictional Characters Wiki

Dwayne Cleveland James-Clayton "Basher" Johnson (born Dwayne Kenyatta Jamal Parr) is one of the main characters in the Joseph & Lindsey series.

Early life[]

Basher was born Dwayne Kenyatta Jamal Parr on June 21, 1983, in Plotagon City to the late Oscar Johnson and Kennedy Parr. From a young age, he had a strong passion for superheroes, a dream that became reality when he became a superhero at the age of 24, saving lives and earning a reputation for loyalty. Over time, he became a world-renowned superhero.

During his high school years, Basher played football, beginning as a freshman and eventually continuing to play in college, following a path similar to Leonardo.

He is the oldest of his siblings, all of whom are also superheroes. His brothers are Lamont "Slasher" Johnson, Jaylen "Clasher" Parr, Martin "Flasher" Parr, Latrell "Crusher" Johnson, and Daniel "Rasher" Johnson-Parr. He has one sister, Rosalina "Lasher" Parr. Basher is currently dating Courtney "Masher" Carter, another superhero.

In the 1990s, Basher legally changed his name from Dwayne Kenyatta Jamal Parr to Dwayne Cleveland James-Clayton Johnson. He has inspired others, including a child who created a comic about him.

In March 2018, Basher, Crusher, and their father Oscar were involved in a severe car accident. Basher and Crusher survived, but Oscar tragically passed away, profoundly affecting Basher, his siblings, and his mother. On January 17, 2020, Basher's mother Kennedy was accidentally murdered, further impacting him and his siblings.

Appearance[]

Basher is dark-skinned, as shown in the episode "Christmas Road Rage". He typically wears a blue suit paired with a pink astronaut helmet. Standing at 6'8" and weighing 252 pounds, his eye color may be brown, although it is uncertain due to his helmet covering his face.

Trivia[]

  • Basher is usually calm and quiet but can occasionally display aggression. His reserved nature is due to his serious demeanor.
  • He has become more talkative in later episodes.
  • Basher has a female counterpart named Bashette, who is notably more talkative than he is.
    • Basher's first name is Dwayne, while Bashette's first name is Duana.
