Aoi Asahina is a major character in Danganronpa Trigger Happy Havoc.

Bio

Aoi was scouted into Hope's Peak Academy as the Ultimate Swimming Pro. However, she was soon locked inside and forced into a killing game.

In the end, Aoi is one of six students to survive the game and be set free.

Trivia

• Aoi's favourite food is donuts.
• Because the name "Aoi" is difficult for English speakers to say, the English translation gives her the nickname "Hina".
• Aoi shares her name with two Pretty Cure characters; Aoi Tategami and Mirai Asahina. Ironically, she predates both by half a decade.
