Alexander Minion (Mutated)
Alexander Minion is the secondary antagonist of the first Spy Kids movie and a minor character in its sequel Spy Kids 2 The Island of Lost Dreams. He is an evil former OSS agent who now works with Fegan Floop on his show who he managed to manipulate into helping him steal the Third Brain in order to help him create Mr. Lisps evil Spy Kid army.
