The other wikis are being created with two purposes: 1) Interfere with adoptions that are in progress by making a new wiki he wants everyone to move over to; 2) sour grapes. At one point, he kept saying he didn't care about what happened to a wiki that was being adopted, yet he kept coming back to say he didn't care and to interfere with the adoption.

Just to clarify, one admin voluntarily stepped down because he didn't want to be involved any longer. The other was demoted and adoption is under way for that wiki.
